**Keeping in view the question that arises, it will be appropriate for the Bench which had passed the order in Civil Appeal Nos 12164-12166 of 2016 '**State Of Tamil Nadu & Ors Vs K. Balu And Anr.' reported in (2017) 2 SCC 281 or with such modification therein as may be made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India to hear the present case.

Place the matters before the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India.
