UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Mohit Prasad, appearing on behalf of Mr. T. Mahipal, Advocate-on-record appears for the sole respondent in C.A. No.1237/2018 and submits that they have filed vakalatnama on behalf of the sole respondent on 1.5.2018. He seeks four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks.
In all the appeals, requisite spare copies have not been filed.
The Ld. Counsel for the appellant submitted that there is change of counsel for the appellant – State, therefore, he could not file spare copies. He undertakes to take fresh steps and to file spare copies within four weeks.
Since spare copies have not been filed in time, therefore, the matters be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for appropriate orders.
