P. (C) Nos. 06, 10, 02 & 96 of 2007 respectively. There is delay of 648 days in filing the special leave petitions.

It is submitted that SLP (Civil) No.10845 of 2013 @ CC No.17663 of 2012 arising out of relied upon order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 4th March 2013 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice on the applications for condonation of delay as well as on special leave petitions. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 4th March 2013 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that SLP (Civil) Nos.....CC 13932, 13972 & 14109 of 2016 have been tagged with SLP (Civil) No.....CC 13855 of 2016 as all are arising out of common order.

The matters alongwith applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report

Mr. J.P. Cama, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, submits that some of the issues raised in this group of special leave petitions are not identical to the issues raised in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 8245 of 2013. This has been stated by the learned senior counsel to avoid any allegation of misrepresentation that the issues in the present group of matters are identical to Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 8245 of 2013.

Issue notice on the applications for condonation of delay as well as on special leave petitions returnable in eight weeks.
