It is submitted that there are four Common Respondents in the above said matters, fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 2 & 4 in all the matters through Regd. A.D.Post by way of Dasti and through concerned Distt. Court. A compliance report has been received back from this District & Sessions Judge Courts, Patiala House, stating therein that notice has been served on the said Respondents.

A.D. Card duly signed and stamped has been received back from common respondent No. 4 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of the said respondent No. 4 so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent nos. 2 and 3 so far.
