It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 35272 of 2014 arising out of SLP (C) CC. No. 20393 of 2014 entitled STATE OF ORISSA AND ANR Versus BISHNUPRIYA ROUTRARY AND ANR arising out of similar issue was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 12.12.2014 (Copy of the Record of proceeding dated 12.12.2014 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The application alongwith matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
