The office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 10th March, 2016 in these matters, when the following order was passed in the said matters:

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of all the unserved respondents within four weeks in all the matters numbered above.

List the matter again on 27.04.2016."

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from common respondent No. 3 (Senior Regional Manager, FCI) in S.L.P.(C) Nos. 13337, 13338, 13343 and 13345 of 2013 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondent so far.

It is further submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued on 6th April, 2016 and 11th April, 2016 to common unserved respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in S.L.P.(C) Nos. 13340 and 13344 of 2013 and common unserved respondent No. 1 in S.L.P.(C) Nos. 13337, 13338 and 13343 of 2013. Service of notice is awaited in respect of the said unserved respondents.

The office report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for Orders.
