Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) Nos. 13345 and 13346/2013, Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in SLP(C) Nos. 13337, 13338 and 13343/2013 and Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP(C) Nos. 13340 and 13344/2013 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

List again on 14.1.2016."

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice to common unserved respondent Nos. 1 and 3 was issued on 26th November, 2015 by Regd. A.D. Post. A.D. Card duly signed and stamped has been received back from common respondent No. 3 in all the matters but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondent so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) Nos. 13337, 13338 and 13343 of 2013 so far.

SLP (C)Nos.13340 & 13344 of 2013

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice to common respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in both the matters was issued on 26th November, 2015 by Regd. A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover notice has been received back from the said respondents so far.

SLP (C)No. 13346 of 2013

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice to respondent No. 3 was issued on 27th November, 2015 by Regd. A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover notice has been received back from the said respondents so far.
