The office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 30th August, 2016 along with other connected matters, when the following Order was passed:
" Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2."
It is submitted that there are four common respondents in the instant matters. Respondent No. 2 has been served with notice as per service report of the Trial Court (Notice issued on 15th May, 2015) but no one has entered appearance on behalf of the said respondent so far. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Fresh show cause notice has been issued to respondent No. 1 through Registered AD. Post as well as dasti notice was also issued to the Advocate for the Petitioner on 06th April, 2016. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent No. 1 so far.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service along with proof of service so far.
Service of notice is not complete on Respondent No. 1.
The office report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for Orders.
