UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Anant Vijay Palli, learned Advocate submits that Mr. $\mathbf{in}$ connected matter being Writ Petition (Civil) No.1471 of 2020 (Annie Nagaraja & Others v. Union of India & Others), stay of operation of the order dated 18.12.2020 was granted by this Court.

Subsequently that order was explained and it was stated that the benefit in terms of that order would be applicable only in respect of those individuals who approached this Court.

In the circumstances, issue notice returnable on 21.05.2021. Let this Writ Petition be listed before the learned Vacation Bench of this Court.

Pending further consideration, by way of ad-interim relief, the effect and operation of the order dated 18.03.2021 being Annexure P-4 to this Writ Petition shall remain stayed.
