1 Mr C U Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners states that except for petitioner Nos 2, 9 and 10, the other petitioners have been granted Permanent Commission. Since the primary relief has been granted to the petitioners, who have been granted permanent commission, the petition is not pressed on behalf of the petitioners (except petitioner Nos 2, 9 and 10.   • 3 Permission is granted on the request of the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners to amend the petition under Article 32 of the Constitution.   • 4 List the Petition on 19 January 2021.
  • 5 The ad-interim protection which was granted by the Vacation Bench on 30 December 2020, shall stand extended till 19 January 2021 on the same terms and conditions.
