UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We notice that the cut off date for the year 2013-2014 is already over.

All the same, we are inclined to give a direction to the Consortium of Self-Financed Dental Colleges to accommodate Mr. Hardik M. Patel in the available seat for Oral Pathology in Ahmedabad Dental College for the year 2013-2014. He be admitted to the said course forthwith.

So far as Mr. Deep S. Shah and Mr. Shreyansh Sutaria are concerned, we enquired from Mr. Raval as to the availability of any seat for their change from non-clinical to clinical course. It is informed that there are no seats available and someone else has to be displaced to accommodate them.

Since the cut off date is already over and there has to be displacement in order to accommodate the above two candidates, we are not inclined to accept the prayer made by these candidates.

We make it clear that this order shall not be treated as a precedent.
