UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. An affidavit of service has been filed by the petitioner stating inter alia that service could not be effected on respondent no.1 as he is presently working in Kuwait. The service has instead been effected on his wife, who has stated that her husband (respondent No.1) will return to India in the year 2024.

2. The petitioner is directed to take steps to serve respondent no.1 through electronic mode and file a fresh affidavit of service.

3. List immediately thereafter.
