"Last opportunity of three weeks is granted for curing the defects in the application for substitution of legal representative of deceased sole appellant. Registry thereafter to process under rules. List again on 9.12.2016."
It is submitted that Mr. Surya Kant, Advocate has on 31.08.2016 filed Vakalatnama on behalf of all the LRs. of deceased sole appellant, but the application is still defective for the following reasons:
(1) No other LRs. except mentioned in application has not given. (2) Para 2 of the Affidavit is not correct.
The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
