"Mr. Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that Mr. Paras Kuhad, learned Additional Solicitor General, who is to argue the case, is not able to come to the Court because of his personal difficulty. He prays for time.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

List the matter after four weeks."

It is submitted that Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 17 has on 16.04.2014 filed an application for deletion of deceased Respondent No. 10 from the array of parties with application for official translation stating that Respondent No. 10 has expired on 21.02.2014 and Lrs. of said Respondent is already on record as Respondent Nos. 8, 9, 11, 14 and 17. Counsel was required to file the application through petitioners advocate but he has not done the needful despite this Registry's letter dated 29.04.2014. However, the application is being circulated herewith as unregistered.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
