However, the instant SLP has arisen out of the common Judgment and the said respondent No. 1 is also common respondent No. 1 in S.L.P.(C) No. 13345 of 2013 in which the said respondent is represented by Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate.

Fresh show cause notice has been issued to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 through Registered AD. Post as well as dasti notice was also issued to the Advocate for the Petitioner on 06th April, 2016. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers have been received back from respondent Nos. 1 and 2 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service along with proof of service so far.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
