There are four respondents in the instant matter. A.D. Card duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far. Fresh show cause notice has been issued to unserved respondent No. 1 on 26th April, 2016. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back so far. However, the instant SLP has arisen out of the common Judgment and the said respondent No. 1 is also common respondent No. 1 in S.L.P.(C) No. 13345 of 2013 in which the said respondent is represented by Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate.

Service of notice may also be treated as complete in the instant SLP.

S.L.P.(C) No. 13338 of 2013

There are four respondents in the instant matter. A.D. Card duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far. Fresh show cause notice has been issued to unserved respondent No. 1 on 26th April, 2016. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back so far. However, the instant SLP has arisen out of the common Judgment and the said respondent No. 1 is also common respondent No. 1 in S.L.P.(C) No. 13345 of 2013 in which the said respondent is represented by Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate.

S.L.P.(C) No. 13343 of 2013

There are four respondents in the instant matter. A.D. Card duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far. Fresh show cause notice has been issued to unserved respondent No. 1 on 26th April, 2016. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been

received back so far. However, the instant SLP has arisen out of the common Judgment and the said respondent No. 1 is also common respondent No. 1 in S.L.P.(C) No. 13345 of 2013 in which the said respondent is represented by Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate.

S.L.P.(C) Nos. 13340 and 13344 of 2013

There are four common respondents in the instant matters. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Fresh show cause notice has been issued to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 through Registered AD. Post as well as dasti notice was also issued to the Advocate for the Petitioner on 06th April, 2016. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers have been received back from respondent Nos. 1 and 2 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service along with proof of service so far.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

S.L.P.(C) No. 13345 of 2013

There are four respondents in the instant matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate and he has filed counter affidavit on behalf of the said respondent. A.D. Card duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of notice is complete.

S.L.P.(C) No. 13346 of 2013

There are four respondents in the instant matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate and he has filed counter affidavit on behalf of the said respondent. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have been served with notice but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.
