It is submitted that the Petitioner is a minor aged about 17 years and is a rape victim and the FIR in question has been lodged by her. The Petitioner is suing under the pseudonym Ms. X in order to protect her true identity from becoming public. In this regard, Counsel for the Petitioner has given in Para IA of special leave petition.
