The Transfer Petition above mentioned has been filed by Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate praying for transfer of (i) P.I.L. No.38 of 2015 titled as "Mrs. Rita Das Mazumdar Vs. Union of India & Ors." & (ii) P.I.L. No. 42 of 2015 entitled as "Sri Mukesh Agarwal & Anr. Vs. Union of India & ors." pending before the Gauhati High Court in the High Court of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh to this Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Transfer Petition No. 341-349 of 2015 titled as "GOVT. OF INDIA AND ANR. ETC. vs KIRTI MISHRA AND ANR. ETC." arising out of similar question of law alongwith main matter i.e. SLP (C) No. 1864 of 2015 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15-07-2015 and the same are pending. Copy of Court's Order dated 15-07-2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Ms. Arunima Dwidevi, Advocate has on 27-07-2015 filed Caveat alongwith Vakalatanama and memo of appearance on behalf of both the Respondents in Transfer Petition (c) No. 1427 of 2015.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
