The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st September, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice, returnable within four weeks. There shall be stay of further proceedings in case P.I.L. Nos.38 of 2015 and 42 of 2015, till the next date of hearing."

It is submitted that sole respondent in TP (c) 1426/2015 is appearing as Respondentinperson and she has also filed Counter Affidavit on 28th October, 2015 and the same has been included in the paper books.

It is submitted that Ms. Arunima Dwivedi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of apperance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in TP(c) 1427/2015 but she has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers Order dated 11th July, 2016 "Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers" has been impleaded as party Respondent No. 3 and amended memo of parties has been included in the paper books.

Service of notice is complete on all respondents.

It is also submitted that notice of hearing has been sent to the Respondentinperson on 23rd September, 2016 and is duly served.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
