The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21-09-2015 when the court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice, returnable within four weeks. There shall be stay of further

proceedings in case P.I.L. Nos.38 of 2015 and 42 of 2015, till the next date of hearing."

Accordingly, notices were issued to all respondents through concerned High Court on 09-10-2015.

It is further submitted that Ms. Rita Das Mazumdar is Respondent No. 1 in T.P. (c) No. 1426 of 2015 has on 20-01-2016 filed application for permission to appear and argue in person and also filed memo of appearance which has been registered as Interlocutary Application Nos. 5-6 of 2016 and Ms. Arunima Dwivedi, Advocate has filed Vakalatama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of both respondents in T.P. (c) No. 1427 of 2015.

It is submitted that Mr. S. Narain, Advocate has on 15-01-2016 filed application on behalf of Society of India Automobile manufacturers for adding the Applicant as respondent alongwith Vakalatnama and memo of appearance in Transfer Petition No. 1427 of 2015 after serving its copy on other side and same has been registered as I.A. Nos. 3-4 of 2016.

The Applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-chamber with this Office Report.
