The above matters were listed before Ld. Registrar Court on 09.07.2014 when

the court was pleased to pass the following order:

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 2803 of 2014 and 2072 OF 2014

"The learned counsel for the appellant is present. Three weeks time as last opportunity is given to the learned counsel for the appellant to comply with the terms of the office report." CIVIL APPEAL NO. 1969 OF 2014

"The learned counsel for the parties are present. The office report indicates that the notice for filing the statement of case has been issued to the learned counsel for the appellant on 25.6.2014 and the learned counsel has received the same on 25.6.2014 itself. The learned counsel shall file the statement of case within a period of 45 days commencing from 25.6.2014. He shall provide a copy thereof to the respondent and the respondent shall file the statement of case within a period of 35 days thereafter. List again on 11.9.2014."

It is submitted that NLPA was issued to the sole respondent on 16.08.2014 in Civil Appeal No. 2803 of 2014 through Tribunal. Neither Certificate of service nor Orignial record have been received back from the Tribunal so far.

It is further submitted that sole respondent in Civil Appeal No. 2072 of 2014 is represented by Mr. D.S. Mehra, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidaivt in the matter so far. A Letter regarding transmission for Original record has been issued on 05.09.2014 to the Tribunal but Original record has not been received.

It is further submitted that sole respondent in Civil Appeal No. 1969 of 2014 is represented by Mr. D.S. Mehra, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far. Original record has been received from the Tribunal. Mr. R. Chandrachud, advocate has on 13.08.2014 filed statement of case on behalf of Petitioner but counsel for the respondent has not filed statement of case in the matter so far.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 5376 OF 2014

The above matters was listed before Hon'ble Court on 08.05.2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Taken on board. Admit."

It is submitted that sole respondent is represented by Mr. D.S. Mehra, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidaivt in the matter so far. Original Record has been received from the Tribunal.

It is further submitted that Statement of case notice has been issued on 02.09.2014 to the counsel for the appellant but he has not filed statement of case yet.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office report.
