The counsel for the appellant has not filed process fee and spare copy of petition. Therefore NLPA could not be issued in the matters so far.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 1969 of 2014

It is submitted that pursuant to Hon'ble Court's order above mentioned NLPA was issued to the sole respondent through Tribunal. Mr. D.S. Mahra, advocate has entered appearance on behalf of sole respondent. Original record has been received from Tribunal. Notice for statement of case was issued on 25.06.2014 to appellant but he has not filed the same so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office report.
