None appeared for the petitioner when called. The status of service of notice of alternative arrangement of respondent No.4 viz, Nana Saheb in T.P.(C)No.91/2014 is not yet complete, though time granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner for furnishing fresh address of respondent No.4 on 29.3.2019.

On the previous date, i.e., 5.7.2019, Ld. Advocate-onrecord, Mr.Harish Pandey appeared on behalf of respondent No.4 in all the matters and submitted that he has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit. The record shows that Mr. Harish Pandey, Ld. Advocate-on-record has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit for All India Council for Technical Education who is respondent No.4 in all the matters except T.P.(C) No.91/2014.

Thus, respondent No.4 in T.P.(C)No.91/2014 is not yet served. Transfer Petition is of the year 2014. Hence, it will be appropriate to list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for orders.
