UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has stated that the petitioners has not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time, as a last chance and file proof. The respondents shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

Ld. Counsel for said respondents submits that respondent No.1 is an institution and has been served through its Director who is respondent No.2. Registry to verify the same and report accordingly.

Service of notice is complete qua respondent Nos. 3 and 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent No.4

However,Mr. Harish Pandey, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No.4 and Mr. Zoheb Hossain, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 5. They seek and are given two weeks' time to file vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

List again on 17.7.2019.

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 4 have not filed any counter affidavit despite grant of last chance. Service of notice is complete qua respondent No.3 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld. Counsel for petitioners has failed to file fresh particulars and steps in respect of respondent No. 2 despite grant of last chance. Viewed thus, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders. List thereafter.
