Heard learned counsel for the applicants. 2. We decline to entertain I.A.No.6 of 2017, in view of the allegations recorded therein. In the above view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners states, that he may be permitted to withdraw I.A.No.6 of 2017. 3. I.A.No.6 of 2017 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. I.A.No.6/17 in SLP(C)No.24625/13 2 4. An oral request has been made by the learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners to permit him to withdraw the instant special leave petition unconditionally, with liberty to move an appropriate representation before the Pharmacy Council of India, for appropriate reliefs, in consonance with law. 5. Mr.Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General of India representing the respondent Directorate, states that he has no objection to the grant of the oral request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 6. In view of the above, the instant special leave petition is permitted to be withdrawn unconditionally, with liberty to the petitioners, to move an appropriate representation before the Pharmacy Council of India, for appropriate reliefs, as may be available to the petitioners in consonance with law. I.A.No.6/2017 In W.P.(C) No.372/2014 7. Heard learned counsel for the applicants. 8. We decline to entertain I.A.No.6 of 2017 in view of the allegations recorded therein.
