UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Issue notice.

Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Advocate waives and accepts notice for respondent Nos. 3 and 10. Notice be issued to other respondents.

In addition to normal mode of liberty is granted to serve the Standing Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu.

Dasti service is also permitted.

By way of ad-interim order, though we stay the impugned order of the Division Bench, it is directed that the respondents, who originally belongs to the cadre of the Technical Assistants, shall not be reverted from their present postings.
