The matters above mentioned upon being mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.08.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Taken on board.

Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Issue notice returnable in eight weeks.

Dasti, in addition to the ordinary process, is permitted.

In the meanwhile, status-quo with regard to subject structures shall be maintained by all concerned."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 was issued on 11.09.2014 by registered A.D. as well as by dasti mode. Counsel for the petitioner has on 17.10.2014 filed affidavit with proof of Dasti duly signed by all the 4 Respondents, but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Shakil Ahmad Syed, Advocate has on 15.09.2014 filed application for impleadment to implead the applicant as party respondent alongwith Vakalatnama/Appearance on his behalf (registered as I.A. Nos. 9-10) and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

Service is complete.
