The matters above mentioned have been filed on 26th August, 2014 against the final common judgment and order dated 9th April, 2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in C.R.P. (NPD) Nos. 1359 and 1371 of 2014 and the same were defective. After curing the defects, Counsel for the Petitioner has refiled the Petition which are barred by time by 2 days. Counsel has filed the application for condonation of delay in re-filing the Special Leave Petition and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar on 8th October, 2014.

It is submitted that Mr. V. Ramasubramanian, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 15th October, 2014 filed application for permission to file additional documents and exemption from filing official translation alongwith affidavit and annexures which are registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 5-6 and 7-8. Copy of the same is circulated herewtih.

The matters alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
