In spite of the undertaking given by the learned Advocate, Mr. B.P. Yadav, neither vakalatnama nor counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 7 has come on record. Needful be done by the next date, else further necessary orders, as per rules, shall be passed.

Respondent No.11 is granted three weeks' time, as a final chance, for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent No.12 is reported to have refused to accept the notice, as per the endorsement on the postal envelope. Item No.44 -2-

Notice be reissued to respondent Nos.7(b) and 7(c) through the concerned District Court. Necessary steps for substitution of respondent Nos.8 and 10 be taken by the next date. List again on 21.2.2013.
