UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
1. Delay condoned.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states at the outset that the sole respondent has passed away after the impugned judgment and order was passed and an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent has been filed. The said application is allowed.
3. Cause title be amended accordingly.
4. We find no merit in the Special Leave Petition which is dismissed alongwith pending application(s), if any.
