The matter above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04th September,

2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Issue notice.

Some of the selected candidates have entered caveat and on their behalf Mr. Roy Abraham, learned counsel is appearing. Four weeks' time is allowed to file counter affidavit.

Issue notice to other respondents in the special leave petitions as also on the prayer for interim relief returnable within four weeks.

The University in their counter affidavit must explain as to why in spite of giving undertaking to the High Court that weightage will be given to the number of years of service rendered by the petitioners, the same has not been complied with."

SLP (C) 24808-24809 of 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents on 21.09.2015 in SLP (C) 24808 of 2015 through registered A.D. post. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 so far. It is further submitted that there are 23 respondents in SLP (C) 24809 of 2015. Mr. Himinder Lal. Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 20 but has not filed the counter-affidavit so far. Respondent Nos. 21, 22 and 23 are common respondents of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 of SLP (C) 24808 of 2015.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not filed the affidavit of valuation so far.

SLP (C) 25266 of 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to all the 7 respondents on 21.09.2015 through registered A.D. post. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not filed the affidavit of valuation so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on all the 7 respondents.

SLP (C) 25335 of 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to all the 4 respondents on 21.09.2015 through registered A.D. post. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not filed the affidavit of valuation so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on all the 4 respondents.

The matters above mentioned are listed the Ld. Registrar with this Office report.
