UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Civil Appeal No. 7126 of 2021:

As per office report dated 14.09.2023, learned counsel for the appellant has not filed fresh particulars of respondent No.18.

Today, learned counsel for the appellant states that steps for deletion of respondent No.18 shall be taken.

It is seen that despite sufficient opportunities afforded the appellant did not take effective steps for service of respondent No.18. However, prayer for adjournment is allowed.

It shall be open for the appellant to move an appropriate application within a period of two weeks as prayed for seeking deletion of the unserved parties which of course would be decided, as and when filed and listed in accordance with law.

However, such permission is granted subject to payment of cost of Rs.20,000/- to be deposited with the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister's Relief Fund. Registry to ensure that copy of this order is electronically transmitted to the office of Chief Secretary, Government of Himachal Pradesh.
