" None for the petitioners. The ld. Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 is present. What comes to the fore from the perusal of the office report is that the ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for deleting respondent Nos. 7 and 24 from

the array of the respondents which shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions."

It is submitted that there ae total 37 respondents common in both the matters. Respondent Nos. 7 and 24 have been deleted vide Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) Order dated 04.9.2014. Mr. J.S. Chhabra, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Mrs. Naresh Bakshi, Advocate counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of service with proof stating therein that dasti notice have been served on Respondent Nos. 46, 8, 10, 11, 18, 20, 28, 3 and 35 to 37. Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 9, 12 to 17, 19, 21 to 23, 25 to 27. He has also filed reply on behalf of Respondent Nos. 8, 9,

1217, 19, 2123, 25 to 27. Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2932 and 34 but he has not filed counter affidavit on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
