UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The impugned judgments are based on a decision of the Rajasthan High Court in "State of Rajasthan vs. Firdos Tarannum" [D.B. Civil Special Appeal (W) No.534/2005] decided on 12th January, 2022. The State of Rajasthan has filed a Special Leave Petition No.11496/2023 before this Court for challenging the said decision. We find that on 15th May, 2023, notice has been issued in terms of the order passed on that day.
The decision in the said Special Leave Petition will have bearing on this group of matters. Therefore, it is appropriate that the said Special Leave Petition is heard along with this group

of matters.
The Registrar (Judicial Listing) shall seek a direction in that behalf from Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India. If Special Leave Petition No.11496/2023 is assigned to this Bench, the same shall be listed along with this group of matters on 7th February, 2024.
