Delay condoned.
Mr. Pranav Kumar, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent-caveator. He is represented by Mr. R.N. Mathur, learned senior counsel for the respondent. He is directed to file a counter affidavit within four weeks. The State shall file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter and the matters may be listed after six weeks.
In the meantime, the implementation of the impugned order(s) shall remain stayed.
