UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R I.A.2 has been filed in the Special Leave Petition praying for a direction not to grant further extensions to the services of Dr. Amarjit Singh and to allow the petitioner to work in the post of Demonstrator in the Department of Dental Surgery. While we are not inclined to entertain such a prayer, since ad hoc appointments are being made while the matter is pending in this Court, the case of the petitioner may also be considered for such ad-hoc appointment.
