These are the appeals by Special Leave filed again the order dated 28th May, 2012 of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in PIL Nos. 56, 22 and 1 of 2012.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 2261 OF 2013

It is submitted that there are 3 Respondents in the appeal above-mentioned. Respondent No. 1 is represented by M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co., Advocates. Respondent No. 3 has been served with the notice but he has not entered appearance before this Court so far. The name of Respondent No. 2 has been deleted from the array of parties vide Court's order dated 1st May, 2015.

Service is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for Appellant has on 7 th August, 2014 filed statement of case. It is also submitted that counsel for Respondent No. 1 has not filed statement of case and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where a Respondent does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party does not desire to file statement of case.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 2264 OF 2013

It is submitted that there are 5 Respondents in the appeal above-mentioned. Respondent Nos. 1 to 2 are represented by M/s. Anish Kumar Gupta and Shuvodeep Roy, Advocates, respectively. Respondent Nos. 4 to 5 have been served with the notice but they have not entered appearance before this Court so far. The name of Respondent no. 3 has been deleted from the array of parties vide Court's order dated 1st May, 2015.

Service is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for Appellant has on 7 th August, 2014 filed statement of case. It is also submitted that counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have not filed statement of case and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where a Respondent does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party does not desire to file statement of case.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 2265 OF 2013

It is submitted that there are four Respondents in the appeal above-mentioned. Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 are represented by M/s. Lawyers' Knit & Co., and B. V. Balramdas, Advocates. In respect of Respondent No. 2 notice has been served upon the standing counsel for the Union of India on behalf of second Respondent by dasti in terms of Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers order dated 25th February, 2015.

Service is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 has on 5 th September, 2014 filed Statement of case but counsel for Appellant and Respondent No. 1 have not filed statement of case and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where a party does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party does not desire to file statement of case and so far as appellant is concerned, it shall be presumed that the Appellant has adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of case.

In compliance of circulars dated 3 rd December, 2014 and 5 th December, 2014 original records have been sent back.

The Appeals above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report as "Pre-final hearing" matters.
