Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, prays for some time to enable the advocate-on-record to seek instructions from the petitioners whether they are desirous of pursuing prayer (c) of the Writ Petition.
List the matter on August 2, 2013. We are informed by Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned senior counsel, that office bearers of the first petitioner Association and particularly petitioner Nos. 2 to 8 are being pressurized to withdraw the Writ Petition. We observe that petitioner Nos. 2 to 8 shall not be coerced or pressurized in any manner whatsoever for withdrawing the Writ Petition.
