Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent No. 1 in T.P(C) No. 1384, 1386-1390/2021 to file counter affidavit.

Counter affidavit has already been filed by Respondent No.3 in T.P(C) No. 1386/2021 and Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 in $T.P(C)$ No. 1388/2021.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent No.10 in T.P(C) No. 1389/2021.

Signature Not Verified Ld. Counsel for Petitioner has failed to file affidavit of sti service in respect of all unserved respondents as mentioned in the Office report dated 3.3.2025, though last opportunity was granted.

Hence, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.

Service of notice is complete on remaining respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
