"Respondent No. 5 has already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 2,3,7,8,9,11,12 and 17 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the appellant within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the concerned District Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the appellant within the period prescribed above.

List again on 20.8.2015"

It is submitted that notice was issued on 22.6.2015 to all the unserved respondents through registered A.D post only as counsel for the appellant has given address of Appellate Tribunal for Electricity instead of concerned District Court, hence dasti notice could not be issued.. Duly signed A.D. Card has been received back in respect of respondent No. 4 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Neither A.D. card nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos.1,5,6,10,1316.
