CIVIL APPEAL No. 5942 OF 2014

It is submitted that Mr. M.T. George, Advocate has on 10.03.2016 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 4 but has not filed counter affidavit. Duly signed A.D. cards in respect of unserved respondent nos. 1, 13, 14 and 16 are awaited in the matter. Service is incomplete only in respect of these respondents.

Civil Appeal No.6910 of 2015

It is submitted that Duly signed A.D. cards in respect of respondent nos. 2,3,6 & 8 to 16 are awaited in the matter. Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate has on 18.03.2016 filed vakalatnama on behalf of "TANGEDCO" but the same is defective as there is no such name/party in the matter. He has not yet filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 5 "Tamil Nadu Electricity Board" in view of the Ld. Registrar's Court order dated 27.01.2016. Service is incomplete.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
