UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Perused the report of the learned Principal District Judge dated 10th October, 2017.

The facts disclosed in the report are more than disturbing. The matter requires further scrutiny.

In the meanwhile, we are of the opinion that we need some material on record to know the credibility of the organisation which filed a present petition. We make it clear that we are not suspecting the credibility of the organisation but we want a re-assurance regarding its credibility. We, therefore, direct the Chief Secretary to the State of Maharashtra to depute a responsible Officer to Digitally signed by DEEPAK MANSUKHANI Date: 2017.11.22 16:37:39 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

inspect the home maintained by the petitioner at Asha Kiran, Plot No. 39, Fatimadevi Road, Poisur, Kandivali-West, Mumbai-400067 and submit a report to this Court without fail by Tuesday, the 28th November, 2017.

It is further directed that Chief Secretary should also take necessary steps to have all the 18 minor children, with respect to the home the instant litigation is going on, to be produced before the Registrar stationed at Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court within two weeks, i.e. by 7th December 2017 and the interim custody of them should be subject to the further orders of this Court to be passed on 28th November, 2017. On receipt of the report referred to above, we will consider the matter further and pass appropriate orders.

List the matter next Tuesday, i.e. on 28th November, 2017.
