UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Pursuant to our order dated 13th July, 2021, the respondent-State of Rajasthan has filed compliance affidavit.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the report. We are of the view that the following two girls/applicants are required to be repatriated in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 13th July, 2021:

The applicants in I.A.Nos.10753/2020, 10755/2020 and 10761/2020 have already been repatriated pursuant to our orders dated 14th December, 2020 and 13th July, 2021.
Five girls namely Poonam Teli, Heema Teli, Shilpa Teli, Shruti @ Sweety and Priya Teli have escaped from the shelter home at Ajmer by breaking lock of main gate of shelter home. An FIR has already been registered in

this connection and investigation is in progress and the police is in the process of filing of charge sheet before the concerned Court.
In view of above, I.A.Nos.10753/2020, 10755/2020, 10761/2020, 10758/2020 and 10749/2020 are disposed of.
