Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Having regard to the report dated 17th March, 2021 of the Senior Civil Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tonk, Rajasthan, Ms. Ankita D/o Shri Mahaveer, Champo @ Chammo D/o Mahaveer, Pooja D/o Jagmohan, Neetu D/o Kana @ Jansi, Babita D/o Ramjas and Madhu D/o Brijmohan at serial Nos, 1 to 4, 6 and 9 are directed to be repatriated to their parents.
Insofar as the missing girls are concerned, State of Rajasthan is directed to proceed in accordance with the relevant Rules for their tracing.
IA No. 68872/2019 - CLARIFICATION/DIRECTION
The following six major females, namely,
- 1. Dolma Suryaman Tamang
- 2. Muskan Virbahadur Thapa
- 3. Tikli Bhagirathi Jena @ Sushma
- 4. Sippy Amina Bastiya
- 5. Pinky Jagmohan Dom and
- 6. Namrata Kamlakar Borikar
who are currently under the care and supervision of the petitioner are permitted to work in the city of Mumbai. However, they shall continue to remain under the care and supervision of the petitioner.
