The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.11.2012 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue fresh notice to the unserved respondents. Notice be served through Trial Court."

Accordingly fresh Show Cause Notice was issued to all the eight common unserved respondents in all the matters through registered A.D. Post. A copy of the notice was also sent to the trial court for effecting service on all the eight common respondents and to send service report.

It is submitted that neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from all the common eight respondents.

It is further submitted that the District and Sessions Judge, Roopnagar, Chandigarh vide letters dated 19.02.2013 and 05.03.2013 has forwarded service report in the matter. As per the service reports, common respondent Nos. 1 and 8 have been duly served. No one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of common respondent Nos. 1 and 8, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Satish Kumar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of common respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 5 to 7. Copy of the Counter Affidavit has been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper Books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. I.P. Atre,

petitioner-in-person has on 17.01.2015 filed affidavit with proof of service of the notice on common respondent No. 4 through Trial Court. No one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of common respondent No. 4, so far.

It is further submitted that date of listing of the matter on 1.04.2015 has been communicated to the petitioner-In-person through registered AD post on 09.04.2015.

It is lastly submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received back from the petitioner-In-person, so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete in all the matters.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
