UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The learned Advocate, Mr. K. Nobin Singh states that he has filed appearance for respondent Nos.5 to 7, 9 to 38 and 40 to 44 and he will file vakalatnama for respondent No.39 also.

Petitioner is permitted to serve rest of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 through standing counsel.

Petitioner has to take necessary steps for respondent No.8, whose status seems to be changed. Item No.20 -2-

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed an application to delete respondent No.8.

Such application be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers at the earliest.

For proof of service upon respondent Nos.1 to 4 and for filing counter affidavit by rest of the respondents, the matter to be listed before this court on 10.1.2011.

However, it shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge

in Chambers for application to delete respondent No.8, without waiting for listing before this court.
