UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP (C ) NO. 21856 OF 2022
Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have already filed the counter affidavit.
Four weeks time is granted as a last chance to respondent No.6 to file the counter affidavit.
Two weeks time is granted as a last chance to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to file spare copies for issuance of notice in respect of LR. Nos. 3.1 and 3.2.
Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.5 and 7 to 9, there is no appearance on their behalf.
Petitioner has cured the defects in application for substitution filed in respect of respondent no.4 along with other applications.
Hence, process the said application for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for kind consideration.
