UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R In SLP(C) No.11831/11 respondent no.4 seeks time for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Ld.counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner had remitted the process fee and spare copy prior to 9.01.2012 which could not be brought to the notice of the Court on 9.01.2012. On the above basis, Ld.counsel submits that the order imposing cost was not justified. Office is directed to verify whether the petitioner had remitted the process fee and spare copy as submitted. In SLP(C) No.24224/10 Ld.counsel for the
petitioner has filed an affidavit stating that when he went to serve dasti notice issued by the Supreme Court through the Court of Senior Sub Judge, Ludhiana he was informed by the Nazir that the photostat copies of the summons cannot be accepted and required him to furnish the summons in original with the seal and signature. The photocopies of the summons issued from the Court has been filed along with. Office to verify whether original summons have been issued to the petitioner and if not how it happened.

In SLP(C) No. 11510/11 Ld.counsel for the petitioner has not remitted the process fee and spare copy in spite of last chance granted. However, I am inclined to grant three more weeks time subject to the condition that he files the process fee/spare copy and deposits a sum of Rs. 500/- in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost within three weeks. If the above conditions are not satisfied, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for nonprosecution. If steps are taken, issue notice. Await return of notice. In SLP(C) No.1059/11 Ld.counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased respondents. Petitioner is granted four weeks time for taking necessary steps. The petitioner has also not remitted the process fee and spare copy for issuing notice to respondent Nos. 1 & 13. Petitioner is granted three more weeks time as a last chance for remitting the process fee and spare copy. In SLP(C) No.26806/10 it is reported that respondent No.6 is dead. Petitioner is directed to verify and take steps if any required. In SLP(C) No.25614/10 notice addressed to respondent Nos. 4,10 and 18 have been returned unserved. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time for taking fresh steps against the unserved respondents.
In SLP(C) No.26787/10 it is reported that respondent No.14 has expired. Petitioner to take steps if any within four weeks.
