UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No.1059/2011 The office report is that the the respondent Nos.4(ii) and ⬠¦ ...2 ITEM NO.5 -2- SC1059/11 5(ii) have refused to accept the service of notice sent to them under registered cover. This refusal on their part constitutes proper service. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent Nos.1 and 13(i). Service of notice is complete on the other lrs. Of respondent Nos.4,5,6,8,9,10,12 & 13 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. SLP(C) No. 36770/2014 As per the tracking report received in respect of the respondent Nos.4,6 & 7, they could not be served as the door was locked. Hence, fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the above unserved respondents shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the concerned Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within the period provided above. In the meantime, the petitioner may also file the proof of dasti service of notice, if he has served these respondents. List the matter again on 24.10.2016. (M V RAMESH)
