The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) on 17.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Issue notice on the proposed LRs of deceased Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12 & 13. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. List I.A. No.2/2016, I.A. No.3/2016 & I.A. No.4/2016 after service is complete."

Accordingly, show cause notice by usual mode of service as well as Dasti to all the proposed LRs of deceased respondents was issued on 06.04.2016. Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama / Memo of Appearance on behalf of proposed LR No. 10(i). Unserved envelop from (common) proposed LR Nos. [4 & 5(ii)] with the remarks 'Refused to accept notice' has been received. A.D. Cards duly signed received from (common) proposed [LR Nos. 8 & 12(ii) to (v)] and proposed LR Nos. 9(i)(ii), 10(iiiii) and 13(ii), but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither AD Card nor

unserved cover containing notice has been received back from (common) proposed LR No. [(4 & 5(i)], [(8 & 12(i)] and proposed LR Nos. 6(i) to (iii), 9(iii) & 13(i) and also from Respondent No. 1 i.e. Union of India.

Service of show cause notice upon (common) proposed LR Nos. 4 & 5(i), [8 & 12(i) and proposed LR no. 6(iiii), 9(iii), 13(i) and Respondent No. 1 is not complete.

It is submitted that there are total eight respondents in the instant matter. Respondent No. 1 & 2 have been served through Trial Court. No one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Respondent No. 38 are represented through Mr. Praveen swarup, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) No. 6505/2012

It is submitted that there are total four respondents in the instant matter. Respondent No. 1 & 4 are represented through Mr. Balbir Singh Gupta and Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocates and they have filed counter affidavits. Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 have been served by Dasti through Mr. Sanjay Kr. Visen, Standing Counsel for the State of Haryana in terms of Order dated 17.03.2016 of the Hon'ble Chamber Judge, but Mr. Sanjay Kr. Visen, Standing Counsel for the State of Haryana has not filed memo of appearance so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) No. 8111/2013

It is submitted that Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate has

not cured the defect in the vakalatnama and counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 3 till date despite four weeks' time as last chance granted by the Ld. Registrar.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the 6 respondents as Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 5 & 6 are served by Registered A.D. Post and Trial Court respectively but there is no appearance on their behalf and Respondent No. 4 is represented by Advocate but no counter affidavit has been filed.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
