UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The office report indicates that the respondent No.4 has expired. The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the said deceased respondent.

What gets revealed from the perusal of the file is that the Ld.Counsel for the petitioners has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondent No.8 which is defective.
